This site is dedicated to providing resources on the current developments relating to The Major BBS (later called Worldgroup) and to documenting and preserving the history of the software and it’s parent company Galacticomm, Inc. Considerable time and effort has been dedicated by many people over the past 20 years to keep the memory alive of what was one of the most popular pre-internet era software packages available.
